Our shop serves the following areas in California: Burbank,  Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills, Glendale, North Hollywood, Studio City, Sun Valley and Toluca Lake. Some exceptions will be made if time allows. Please call first if a more distant local delivery is required.

Burbank delivery charge is $10.00, outside of Burbank local fees range from $10.00 to $20.00. Adjustment will be made when credit card is charged. Please call ahead if actual total is needed.

As a member of the Teleflora family of florists, we offer delivery anywhere in the world when ordered by 2:00 pm in the recipient's time zone. The combined delivery & service charge for orders wired to other areas of the world is $15.00.

We deliver to the following media companies: Walt Disney Company including the Lot, Disney Channel, Radio Disney, and Hollywood Records, Warner Bros. Studios, WB Ranch Facility, Warner Music Group, Clear Channel Radio, ABC-Burbank, ABC-Glendale, NBC-Burbank, Telemundo, Universal Studios, and the CBS-Radford Lot.

U.S. orders must be received before 2:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.  In the event the recipient is not home, items will be left on the porch if that specific instruction is given, weather permitting, otherwise the order will be taken to a neighbor's house and a hang tag will be left on the recipient's door instructing them where the flowers were left.  If we are unable to deliver to a neighbor, the order will be brought back to the shop and we will call the recipient to arrange delivery. 

We are able to make deliveries on Sundays and in the evenings.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
